(“LeapSmart”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the LeapSmart AI Automation Agent platform (the “Service”), a SaaS solution that provides AI-driven automated operations for cross-border e-commerce sellers, including monitoring, decision-making, execution, and optimization across platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Temu, SHEIN, TikTok Shop, and others.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information when you use our website (the “Site”) and Service. By accessing or using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.

This Policy complies with applicable laws, including the People's Republic of China Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL), and Amazon's Data Protection Policy (DPP) and API Services Developer Agreement for integrations with Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) and other platforms.

1. Information We Collect

a. Information You Provide Directly

• Account registration and profile data: name, email address, company name, business details (e.g., Amazon Seller ID, marketplace regions), phone number (optional), and payment/subscription information (processed securely by third-party payment providers).
• Authorization credentials: OAuth tokens or API keys you provide to authorize us to access your seller accounts on Amazon and other platforms.
• Communication data: information you provide when contacting support, submitting feedback, or chatting with our AI interface (e.g., operational preferences, strategy settings).

b. Data from Integrated Platforms

When you connect your seller account via OAuth or API authorization, we access and process only the specific business data necessary to provide the Service, including:

• Product listings (ASINs, SKUs, prices, Buy Box status).
• Inventory levels, sales trends, order summaries (no buyer PII such as names, addresses, emails, or phone numbers).
• Advertising performance metrics (ACoS, clicks, conversions, keywords, budgets).
• Other operational data (e.g., performance reports, logistics status, profit monitoring)./li>

We do not collect, store, or display Amazon buyer personal identifiable information (PII) unless explicitly permitted under Amazon's DPP. We only access data you authorize and only for the purposes of automated operations (e.g., ad bidding, dynamic pricing, inventory alerts).

c. Automatically Collected Information

• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, access times, pages viewed, and interaction logs.
• Cookies and similar technologies: used for authentication, session management, analytics, and Service improvement (you can manage preferences via browser settings).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service (e.g., real-time monitoring, AI decision-making, automatic execution of authorized actions like ad adjustments or pricing updates, performance reporting).
• Authenticate your account and process authorizations (e.g., OAuth with Amazon SP-API).
• Optimize AI models through aggregated, anonymized data (no personal or seller-specific data is used for external training without consent).
• Communicate with you about your account, updates, support requests, security alerts, or legal notices.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and ensure Service security and compliance.
• Aggregate and anonymize data for internal analytics, product development, and industry insights (without identifying you or your business).

We do not sell your data, use it for marketing third-party products, or use Amazon buyer data for any purpose beyond authorized Service functionality.

• With service providers (e.g., cloud hosting like AWS, payment processors, analytics tools) who are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only for our purposes.
• With Amazon or other platforms as required for API functionality (e.g., to execute authorized actions via SP-API).
• For legal compliance: if required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request; to protect our rights, safety, or property; or to enforce our agreements.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice where required).

We do not share Amazon buyer PII or your sensitive business data with unauthorized third parties. All sharing complies with Amazon's DPP.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

• Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256+).
• Secure storage of API credentials (never in plain text).
• Access controls, logging, monitoring, and regular security audits.
• Restricted access to authorized personnel only.
• Compliance with Amazon DPP requirements (e.g., data protection training, incident response).

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Upon account termination or data deletion request, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period (except for legally required backups). Aggregated/anonymized data may be retained longer for analytics.

Depending on applicable law (e.g., PIPL, GDPR if you are in the EU/EEA):
